Our Ingredients

Shea Butter ~ Indigenous to the grasslands of west and central Africa, this nutritive healer penetrates skin to deliver its high vitamin A content. Shea butter works under the skin to decrease scarring, reverse stretch marks, soften and eliminate wrinkles, and stimulate hair growth, just to name a few benefits. Shea butter contains vitamins and other active elements, and helps to stimulate cellular regeneration and growth. It has highly moisturizing and protective properties.

Cocoa Butter ~ Cocoa butter has been called the ultimate moisturizer, and has been used to keep skin soft and healthy for centuries. It is one of the most stable, highly concentrated natural fats known, and melts at body temperature so it is readily absorbed into the skin.

Mango Butter ~ Mango butter has been traditionally used in rainforest and tropical regions for its skin softening, soothing, moisturizing, and protective properties, and to restore flexibility and reduce degeneration of skin cells. As one of the most nutritious foods in the world, mangos contain abundant vitamins and minerals - calcium, potassium, vitamins A, E and C and several B complex vitamins.

Almond Butter ~ Almond butter is rich in proteins, as well as vitamins D and E. Vitamin D plays a critical role in skin cell development and repair, and helps destroy the free radicals that cause premature aging. Vitamin E has been shown to be highly beneficial in healing sun damage to your skin, and also in preventing the oxidative stress which produces free radicals. Almond butter is a dynamo at preserving skin's softness, health and youthful appearance.

Coconut Oil ~ Coconut oil brings immediate relief to dry skin, and also aids in healing and repairing. It has lasting benefits, unlike conventional lotions, and it can help bring back a youthful appearance. Coconut oil penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin and strengthens the underlying tissues. Because of its stable chemical structure, coconut oil resists spoilage.

Sweet Almond Oil ~ Almond oil is a rich source of vitamins - including the recognized skin heroes vitamin D and E. It is suitable for all skin types, and acts quickly to soothe the skin.

Avocado Oil ~ Like Sweet Almond oil, avocado oil contains Vitamin E as well as potassium and lecithin which help repair and renew skin that has been damaged from overexposure to sun and air pollution. These minerals have the natural ability to stimulate cells and return skin to a firmer, smoother, and healthier state.

Vitamin E Oil ~  Vitamin E helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks, and maintains the skin’s natural oil balance. It also reduces water loss from skin and strengthens the skin’s protective barrier.

Jojoba Oil ~ Jojoba oil helps to promote skin healing in many ways.  The chemical composition of jojoba closely resembles that of the skin’s natural sebum, so it is easily absorbed. Jojoba oil contains many important nutrients, such as vitamin E and B complex vitamins.

Essential Oils ~ An essential oil is a concentrated liquid containing aroma compounds from plants. These compounds are extracted through distillation, often using steam. An oil is "essential" in the sense that it contains the "essence of" a plant's fragrance.

Beeswax ~ Beeswax is one of nature’s most amazing ingredients. It is known for locking in moisture, protecting skin from environmental factors and nurturing skin cells.
